I recently was taking a trip back to the North East and needed a few books for my long flight from Reno. After hearing about Bonners Fairy through Elizabeth’s husband Dave, whom I work with, I was intrigued. He gave me a copy before I left and after reading the first one I was hooked! Soon to follow, I was anxious to start the second book, A New Kind of Battle. Once I got my hands on a copy, it took me less than 24 hours to read. I was eager to find out what our favorite characters were up to, and how things were panning out in Bonners Ferry and Roan. Shortly after completing this, I found out Elizabeth had finished the third book, Mischief and Mayhem. To my surprise I was given a copy of the manuscript to read before it even went to the publisher! Talk about luck!!

The third piece to the Bonners Fairy series is my favorite so far. With each turn of the page, the story unveils new and exciting turns and twists. The anticipation to find out what happens on the next page is so strong, you can not put the book down!

Elizabeth has a great way of telling a story. The imagination used to even begin this series is something I can only dream of having. Even down to the dancing fire fairies, everything in Roan holds so much magic and wonder it truly just makes the reader want to jump in the story and take some cruises around the woodlands with the rest of the characters.

I am ecstatic that I was able to get my hands on the manuscript so I could continue my journey with Haley and Henry. I can not wait for the fourth book to be done so I can see what new and exciting adventures the Twins find themselves involved in!

There will be a book signing in Virginia City at the Diamond Duchess, 145 S C Street, August 11, 10 a.m. during Hot August Nights.
