Year comes to a premature end for Carson girls

RENO _ Maybe the Carson High girls soccer team actually overachieved for most of the season, but the year came to a premature end nonetheless.
CHS wasn't expected to win the Sierra League title but after winning league the Senators weren't expected to make an early exit from the playoffs either. But that's what happened on Saturday at Damonte Ranch as Carson lost to Galena 2-0 in the Northern 4A third place game.
