On May 11, 2011 at approximately 6:43 a.m. hours, Nevada Highway Patrol was dispatched to a Flag Person that was struck by a Vehicle on SR 341 the Virginia City Highway.
The preliminary accident investigation details indicate that a Maroon Suzuki Nevada License 535XXA was traveling westbound on SR 341 towards US 395 Driven by Marc Aaron Walker a Reno Resident. Mr. Walker is an Agent with the Immigration Custom Enforcement Department. Mr. Walker was stopped by a Flag Person in the construction zone this morning, and got into a verbal altercation with the flagger. Mr. Walker then drove past the Flagger's stop sign, and was then stopped by another flagger in the construction zone, where he again started a verbal altercation with this flagger. As Mr. Walker tried to drive around the flagger he struck the flagger in the left arm with the left side of his vehicle. Mr. Walker was then stopped by a third flagger and once again started in a verbal altercation pulling out his badge and driving away.
Mr. Walker was contacted by the Nevada Highway Patrol through his registration. Mr. Walker drove himself to the Nevada Highway Patrol office where he was arrested and booked on several charges

* Fail to render aid (misdemeanor)
* Fail to report accident (misdemeanor)
* Fail to obey flagger in construction zone (misdemeanor)
