Feds Charge Pair in Armed Robbery Spree

Randy Macario Ancheta, 23, and Cameron Muhlenberg, 19, were indicted Friday in Reno federal court on four counts of interference with commerce by armed robbery, four counts of use of a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence and eight counts of aiding and abetting.

The two had already been in custody since earlier last month when Reno police robbery homicide detectives arrested them related to an alleged eight-day robbery spree of businesses that spanned from mostly South Reno, to Carson City and Sparks.
